Palms Pilates classes are open to men, women, seniors, those with injuries, pre & postal clients, pilates pros’ or very first timers, we are an exclusive space who welcome all. The studio... has 4 reformer beds making each group class a semi private session, semi private classes at the same price as a larger group setting! Smaller classes provide each client with more attention and a personalised approach. DOWNLOAD FLYER Meet Sam Sam is a certified mat and reformer pilates instructor. Sam is experienced training clients from beginners to advanced. She furthered her studies for Pre and Post Natal care. She also has experience working with men, seniors and those with or returning from injury. Her approach is very personalised and tailored to each clients needs and goals. Sam is a Palms local and mother two energetic boys, she loves the community and looks forward to welcoming you to the studio.

Treatment options With a choice of organic almond or avocado oil. Remedial Massage Includes using specialised massage techniques to manipulate soft tissues of the body to help release muscular tension. Pregnancy... Massage Includes a custom made pregnancy bed where mum can lay comfortably on her tummy throughout the massage. Side-laying massage is also available. Full body massage Includes a flowing full body massage from top to toe. Whether it is to ease muscular discomfort or just a little bit of nurturing, massage is a great way to unwind, rest and repair. Holistic sculptural facial massage Includes skin cleansing prior to the facial massage and the treatment consists of a broad range of sculptural facial massage techniques. Organic avocado oil is applied before the first facial massage The treatment is concluded with hand and foot massage. Shiatsu Includes a therapeutic therapy that aims to restore the balance of energy through meridians in order to promote health and strengthen the body’s healing abilities. Shiatsu is done on a padded futon on the floor and clients remain fully clothed. Pressure can be gentle or firm. Shiatsu and acupressure facial Includes a full shiatsu treatment and incorporates acupressure points on the face. The aim is to unblock meridian through putting pressure on specific points on the face. This may help the blood circulation reach different parts of your facial muscles, thus restoring vitality to each and every part of the face and the other vital organs. Pricelist 1 hour $120 11/2 hours $160 Mobile treatments We come to your home and bring everything we need to provide a relaxing experience in the comfort of your home. We require a minimum of two clients for mobile visits. Pregnancy massage is also available for mobile massage.
