Welcome to our holiday home in the Sandpiper resort at Smiths Lake, located right on the shoreline of the lake.
This two-storey townhouses has 3 bedrooms which accommodates up to 6 people. The town houses have open plan lounge and dining rooms, with digital TV and DVD players, fully equipped modern kitchen and a bathroom upstairs and downstairs. Full linen supplied - just bring your beach towels.
We have 3 bedrooms upstairs - main bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed (no adults on the top bunk please). There is a bathroom upstairs and downstairs. Air conditioning upstairs and downstairs.
There is off street parking in front of the garage door, or on street parking along Patsys Flat Road.

In the beautifully maintained and expansive grounds at Sandpiper you can play tennis or volley ball, cricket, or just kick the footy with your kids or have a picnic.
You have the whole townhouse to yourselves and access to the Retreat tennis courts and lake front shoreline.

A part of the magnificent Myall Lakes National Park, Sandpiper is just a short thirty minutes drive from the holiday townships of Forster and Tuncurry and a only ten minutes from the pristine surfing beaches of Blueys, Boomerang, Elizabeth and Shelly Beaches.
Smiths Lake : For those wanting to enjoy still waters instead of the open ocean, Smiths Lake is the number one choice in the Pacific Palms area. Shrouded by a lush littoral forest and neatly separated from the sea by Sandbar Beach, this is a family favourite for those eager to enjoy a spot of water-skiing, boating, paddling or windsurfing (the open lake waters making for a windsurfers dream). With an impressive catchment area spanning 32 square kilometres and waterways of 11 square kilometres you can enjoy all the benefits of this unique, tucked-away calm waterway. However, should you feel a pull for the waves, the picturesque Cellito Beach can be accessed via a boardwalk at the northern end of Sandbar Beach.
