Ideal for families or small groups of up to 5 guests, the villa features two comfortable bedrooms – one with a queen bed and the other with a bunk bed and a single bed (no adults on the top bunk). Full linen is supplied for all beds, so all you need to bring are your beach towels.
With direct lake views and easy access to the shoreline, you can spend your days swimming, boating, fishing, or simply soaking up the peaceful surroundings. Guests also have access to excellent on-site facilities, including communal BBQ areas and a tennis court. Tennis racquets and balls are supplied within the Villa - please leave them in the Villa on departure.
The villa includes two dedicated car parking spaces, and additional villas within the retreat are available if you’re travelling with extended family or friends.

In the beautifully maintained and expansive grounds at Sandpiper you can play tennis or volley ball, cricket, or just kick the footy with your kids or have a picnic. You have the whole Villa to yourselves and access to the Retreat tennis courts and lake front shoreline.

On Smiths Lake you can kayak, stand-up paddle board, windsurf, sail, fish or swim and the shallow water on the edge of the lake provide an ideal environment for kids to just paddle and play. A part of the magnificent Myall Lakes National Park, Sandpiper is just a short thirty minutes drive from the holiday townships of Forster and Tuncurry and a only ten minutes from the pristine surfing beaches of Blueys, Boomerang, Elizabeth and Shelly Beaches.
