This wonderful country escape sits on a ridgeline with amazing views over rolling hills, national parks and the beautiful Wallis Lake. It has 10 acres of farm & bushland to explore and is situated on the outskirts of the charming village of Coomba Park, on the Mid Coast, near Forster NSW.
Only a short drive away, you'll discover pristine beaches (Blueys Beach, Boomerang Beach) and Wallis lake is only a 5 minutes drive from the property offering a recently upgraded secure swimming enclosure, boat ramp, tennis court and Coomba Aquatic Club.
The House "Byadbo"
This charming farmhouse called ‘Byadbo’ has been recently renovated and comes with a wraparound veranda. It can accommodate up to 7 people across its 3 separate bedrooms (2 king beds, king single bunks, and a fold-up single bed). It is private and secluded, with stunning views from all rooms. You can enjoy a sunrise over rolling misty fields, or a sunset at dusk with family and friends around the fire pit.
There is no compromise on comfort or convenience so you can feel at home and cozy. The house has a gas cooktop, solar hot water, 3-stage filtered tank water, high-speed WiFi, and warm lighting throughout. The bedrooms are spacious with electric blankets on both master beds. Each bedroom has ducted air conditioning with separate zoning, so you can stay warm or cool, your choice.
The new country kitchen is fully equipped with a 5-burner gas cooktop, 900mm oven, microwave, large fridge, air fryer, and nespresso coffee machine. There are also all the pots, pans, utensils, and roasting trays you're likely to need. Meal time can be as simple or as fancy as you like.
The bathroom provides a separate bath and shower, and a walk through internal laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and an undercover clothesline.
The spacious lounge room has a flat screen TV with Chromecast, with a 5 seat corner lounge, separate armchairs and an awesome wood heater perfect for those chilly winter nights.
If you need to WFH (Work From Holiday), or just to keep the email under control, there are two dedicated workspaces, both with sit/stand desks, comfortable office chairs, HDMI monitors and high-speed Wifi.
The Yard (fully fenced)
Explore the beautiful flowers, fruit trees and native bush tucker plants such as lemon myrtle, mulberry, wild currant, finger limes, fraser island apple, lime berries, raspberries etc. or relax by the outdoor fire pit and use the lounge chairs, hammocks, (gas) BBQ to make yourself comfortable.
You can also have your evening dinner outdoors as the landscape colours change from the sunset, or have drinks under the stars later in the evening. Star lovers will appreciate the uninterrupted sky views. You’re welcome to walk the 10 acres, with dogs on leads please, if the 3,000sq.m yard isn’t enough for them.
Nature
The special local attraction is the peacock families who live around the farm and neighboring properties. Nature lovers will also enjoy the wide variety of birds and abundant kangaroos who regularly visit the property, or the turtles who live near the dams on the property.

We understand that your dogs are an important part of your family, they are in our family too, and that's why we've designed this incredible holiday house with them in mind. Your dogs will love the chance to run, smell and explore in our large, fully fenced backyard with over 3000sq.m of dog friendly space. Lots of space to run, sniff, and play, their tails will be wagging with joy.
Worried about your dogs won’t have fun, don’t be. Byadbo is on a private road, and the house doesn’t share a fence line. Your dogs will have the run of the place.
But it doesn't end there—our dog-friendly paradise extends indoors as well. Your four-legged companions are more than welcome to join you inside the house, and they can go through the doggy-door, where they'll find a comfortable and dog friendly environment.
