Aleda House is located on what must be one of the most picturesque locations on the Mid North Coast. Sitting high on Mayers Point & surrounded by the unique Myall Lakes National Park, Aleda House boasts spectacular lake views & abundant bird life. This very comfortable holiday home exudes the warmth of days gone by whilst still offering modern conveniences. Located close to the Lakes Way, Aleda House is just a short drive from Bungwahl, the beautiful Seal Rocks beach & the township of Bulahdelah.
Aleda House is perfect for those seeking truly unique kayaking & paddling adventures but there is plenty of room to park your boat if motorised water craft is your thing. Local boat ramps are located at Violet Hill (sealed) and Neranie (unsealed) for Myall Lakes, and Brambles Reserve (sealed) for Smiths Lake. There is also an unsealed boat ramp at the end of Mayers Point (4WD access) suitable for small boats only. Mobile phone reception is strong for most networks.

Bathroom: Combined with laundry (front loader washing machine only) plus an additional bathroom located on the deck with a toilet, shower and vanity
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, upright electric oven/stove microwave and Sunbeam coffee machine (uses ground coffee not pods)
Dining: Off kitchen with 8 seater dining table
Lounge room: Split system air conditioner, wall mounted 55cm Smart TV, DVD player with assortment of DVDs, books, board games, CDs and blue tooth speaker. There is also a second sun room/sitting room with sofa & armchairs.
Deck area: 1x timber outdoor table & 8 chairs, large gas barbecue
Lakeside: 2 person Canadian canoe + 2 paddles. Assorted life jackets available for guests’ use
Parking: Room for 3 cars and the boat

The Myall Lakes National Park boasts more than 40kms of pristine sandy beaches, protected hardwood forests, internationally recognised Ramsar wetlands, rugged escarpments, endless tracks and trails and the spectacular Broughton Island. ‘Must see’ spots within the Park include Mungo Brush, Seal Rocks, the Dark Point sand dunes and the ‘Tops to Myalls’ Heritage Trail.
